Local IT Leader of the Year

David Moss has been managing the relationship between the county’s public health agency and the GIS team to provide IT and GIS leadership and services that helped deliver the Schools COVID-19 Dashboard. In less than 60 days the site received more than 350,000 hits. The dashboard has been instrumental in guiding schools and businesses with reopening plans.
