Aaron Call

Aaron Call is the Chief Information Security Officer for the State of Minnesota. In this capacity, Aaron is responsible for designing and implementing the enterprise security architecture for state government.
Graig Lubsen
Communications & Marketing Director
Indiana Office of Technology
As the Director of Communication and External Affairs at the Indiana Office of Technology, Graig also leads technology projects of his own, including the state’s Amazon Alexa pilot, an innovative program that uses voice-activated devices from Amazon as another inroad to citizen engagement. Lubsen says the project, which is currently be considered for expansion in the state, will revolutionize how commerce is conducted and how people connect with state government.
Jon Minshew
Chief Customer Officer
State of North Carolina
Jon Minshew is the first Chief Customer Officer for the NC Department of Information Technology. In developing this new role over the past six months, Minshew prioritized the total relationship between DIT and its customers, replacing fragmented experiences with a customer-first approach that transcends silos. He unified the work of service desk, incident management, network operations and business relationship teams while coordinating with the State CIO to filter executive decisions through the lens of customer experience. Minshew, known for his diplomacy and can-do attitude, served in both Desert Shield and Desert Storm. He is a Certified Public Manager, Certified Government CIO and Certified Mediator.
Jerrod Roth

Colorado Governor’s Office of Information Technology
Jerrod Roth applied LEAN principles to the Project Lifecycle Methodology while incorporating Agile methodology. This redefinition of the process led to streamlined intake, quicker overall project completion, clarified roles and responsibilities, and the ability for Colorado to capitalize on modern, vendor implementation strategies like Agile. Additionally, Jerrod applied his exemplary project management knowledge to steer troubled initiatives back on track. For example, two modernization efforts and complete system replacements at the Departments of Corrections and Labor & Employment were saved and able to better meet the needs of Coloradans due to Jerrod’s expertise and leadership.
Deanna Towne
IT Director
Colorado Governor’s Office of Information Technology
Deanna is pioneering a statewide Health IT Portfolio focus crossing agencies, the governor’s office, and counties. With LEAN management principles in her toolbelt and acollaborative spirit, she is building a roadmap for Health IT innovation, citizen service delivery, and enterprise IT implementation of key technologies to achieve interoperability and data sharing. Deanna not only exceeds in this role, she is the “goto / get it done” person across the entire organization. Among others, she leads the Emergency Response Council and was the driving force in developing our COOP. Shewas instrumental in developing critical privacy training, and she always recognizes others for their work. She is a leader in the true sense of the word.There is seemingly nothing that she cannot do.
Corbett Webb
Chief of Staff
Maryland Department of Assessments and Taxation
As Chief of Staff for the Maryland State Department of Assessments and Taxation, Corbett spearheaded Governor Hogans statewide initiative to create the multi-agency, next generation Maryland Business Express business portal. Because of Corbetts leadership and in collaboration with seven stakeholder agencies, the sleek and modern business portal was developed in only four months. This business portal aggregates content from multiple agencies and guides existing and aspiring entrepreneurs through the processes of Planning, Starting, Managing and Growing their business. Corbett serves as a member of the Governors Customer Service Workgroup and is responsible for the agencys legislative strategy and outreach initiatives.
