Gov. Chris Sununu announced his intention to opt-in to the nationwide network for first responders after previously deciding to opt-out and go with an alternative vendor.

The state will be the first to pursue an alternative plan to the one led by FirstNet and AT&T to establish a nationwide public safety communications network.
