Since becoming Travis County, Texas’ CIO in 2017, Paul Hopingardner has worked to provide technology services to the county’s departments and collaborate with regional technology leaders in Central Texas. Hopingardner also stepped up to the county executive for technology & operations role in addition to his role as CIO for the county.
