GoldenGov: City Executive of the Year

Michael Rupert is the associate chief technology officer for customer experience in the Office of the Chief Technology Officer for the government of the District of Columbia. Rupert was previously the interim CTO for the city, and before that, was the communications director for the city’s technology department.
