State Leadership of the Year

Katy Ruckle is the chief privacy officer for the State of Washington. Ruckle has served as the state’s chief privacy officer since 2020, and before that worked in privacy roles inside the state’s Department of Social and Health Services. Ruckle has worked for the state since 2006.
