Frances “Frannie” Cox is an operations manager for the Florida Department of Health. Before joining the department in 2022, Cox was a business analyst for the technology consulting company Sanrose Information Services. She also held roles with the technology firms Vista Solutions Group and Mentis Technology Solutions.
