Sink or Swim? How to manage the swell of FOIA request

The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) is a law that allows citizens to request open records from any agency. Since the public has become more aware of their rights to submit FOIA requests, government clerks and agency offices have seen a dramatic increase in FOIA workloads.
