Axt is also an active corporate member at the National Association of State Chief Information Officers.

The first personal assistant for government is now available to everyone in the U.S., with more than 500,000 Americans receiving notifications about upcoming government responsibilities via Gov2Go in 2017. This is just one example of how Harry serves as a digital government pioneer. He is always driving the Company to harness the latest technology for government, including chatbots, Alexa skills, and virtual reality.

Thomas MacLellan, serves as Director of Policy and Government Affairs at Symantec where he focuses on cyber security policy challenges facing state & local governments. With nearly 20 years of experience working nationally across cyber security, electronic crime, forensics, public safety and privacy, he takes the time to deeply understand each organizations unique challenges and is regularly consulted by state and local policy makers. In 2017, he briefed over 40 state and local government leaders, 25 Governors, 35 State CIOs & CISOs and spoke at numerous summits. He also serves on two State Governor cyber security advisory committees and was cited in StateTech Magazine, Government Technology and Governing.

Kim and her team are empowering state governments to transform with the cloud. She is driving digital transformations that better serve constituents, reduce costs and increase efficiency while ensuring privacy, security and compliance with CJIS, HIPAA, IRS1075 and other key regulations. Recent collaborations with a number of Microsoft partners, including NIC, CXC, and Morpho include innovations that enable governments to: fight fraud, securely store law-enforcement video, deliver water quality and sustainability at low cost, and remain compliant with federal child-welfare rules. Throughout her distinguished, 30-year career at Microsoft and in the public sector, Kim has made significant contributions that inspire governments to modernize, meet new challenges and achieve more for citizens.

John Pellettiere is the national sales director for state, local and education at Nutanix where he focuses on building a national SLED sales division. He strategically sets the sales and marketing plan for Nutanix’s SLED market play and manages the channel relationships with the largest OEMs to drive scale and alignment with the company’s product. Pellettiere joined the company in 2015 after serving in multiple roles with CDW-G.

Bethann Pepoli is the director of SLED Business Development for Splunk a company focused on making machine data more accessible, usable and valuable to everyone. Pepoli previously served as the CTO for state and local government at EMC. Prior that role, Pepoli was a deputy chief information officer for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Kenny is Deloitte Consulting LLPs national leader and principal for the Integrated Eligibility practice. Kenny has nearly 20 years of experience in large-scale programmatic transformation implementing Integrated Eligibility Solutions (IES) spanning six states. Kenny leads Deloittes team in supporting our current IES client engagements as well as designing solutions to meet potential new clients’ needs for eligibility and enrollment solutions. Kenny is the lead on the Georgia Gateway project, which has delivered a single, enterprise-wide view of customers needs and benefits, giving workers and providers tools that help move customers to independence and self-sufficiency.
